Dr. Jean-Max Jean-Pierre grew up in Florida before relocating to Nashville to pursue his dentistry career. In 2003, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College and was honorably awarded for his outstanding achievements in Periodontics. He went on to earn his Certificate of Specialty in Periodontics and Master of Dental Science at the University of Tennessee, Memphis, in 2006. He returned to Nashville following his residency in Periodontics in 2006, where he practiced for 14 years. Dr. Jean-Pierre is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He served as President of the Tennessee Society of Periodontists and Associate Clinical Professor at his Alma Mater. The overall health of patients is paramount to Dr. Jean-Pierre. He demonstrates noteworthy drive and motivation in professional developments, self-evaluation, and decisive reviews of therapy results. He utilizes the latest technology and treatments to promote better oral health and comprehensive wellness. Dr. Jean-Pierre’s passion is patient satisfaction and education about oral health’s connection to whole-body health, which is unquestionably evident when reading his book “Your Mouth, Your Life.” Dr. Jean Pierre is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Southern Academy of Periodontology and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. When not providing periodontal and overall patient care, Dr. Jean-Pierre enjoys spending time with his wife Daisy and three daughters. He also enjoys reading, traveling, biking, and volunteering at local organizations.
